The Jurerê Iate Residence is a closed Condominium, with two buildings and 10 apartments each. Access is by Porteria only. The apartment B-301 is located in the front building. It has a magnificent and panoramic view to the beach, the village and the mountains on the continent

The condomínium is neighbour to the wellknown Iate Clube de Santa Catarina - Veleiros da Ilha, http://www.icsc.com.br/ , hosting yachts and sailing boats

A "Sala de Festas" is  nicely located adjacent to the park. Renting and catering can be arranged through the housekeeper.

The park in front is part of the condo. It is a preserved native forest (mata atlântica), and it allows direct and private access to the beach.

The beach, on one side, stretches to the famous and popular beach of Jurerê Internacional, and on the other side to the Iate Clube, and nearly to Canasvieras.
